Who Supports Liquor Liberty?

Today the Pennsylvania House is poised to pass landmark legislation (H.B. 790) to privatize the 80-year-old state store system and end the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board’s (PLCB) inefficient and antiquated alcohol sales monopoly.

A recent poll commissioned by CF shows support across party lines, region, and ideology. Most notably, 58 percent of union household support privatization, and a whopping 77 percent of regular state store customers say that government in the booze business is a lose business.

Who supports ending the government monopoly and delivering more convenience to Pennsylvania consumers?
