Who is Adding Jobs in PA?

The latest BLS report on state jobs is out, and is pretty good news for Pennsylvania, which added 34,000 jobs (seasonally adjusted) in April – 2nd most among the states. Which sectors are responsible for job growth this month:

• Professional and Business Services: + 13,000
• Trade, Transportation, and Utilities: + 8,000
• Leisure and Hospitality: + 6,000
• Manufacturing: + 5,000
• Government: +3,000
• Construction: +2,000
