Home-Schooling Under Attack

Here is some commentary on the recent California court ruling that would require parents homeschooling their children to have full teaching credentials/certification.

My understanding is that California law was vague, and thus this would not offer precedent that applies to Pennsylvania, but don’t think it won’t give the PSEA ideas.
