Williamsport Sun-Gazette editorializes in favor of the solution proffered by the Commonwealth Foundation on solving our transportation funding needs…without tolling I-80:
We’ll restate the better solution: Privatize the turnpike, use the revenues and interest on investments from that sale to take care of the state’s tolls and bridges and teach mass transit agencies how to live within an annual operating budget.
