Matthew J. Brouillette is president and CEO of the Commonwealth Foundation, an independent, non-profit public policy research and educational organization located at the foot of the Capitol in Harrisburg. On Monday, Matthew debated House Democratic Whip Mike Veon on the topic of spending limits in PA on the statewide Pennsylvania Cable Network Call-In Program.

Dr. Barry Poulson
Dr. Barry Poulson is a Distinguished Scholar with Americans for Prosperity. He is a professor of economics at the University of Colorado and has written numerous papers on the Colorado Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights (TABOR) and other tax and spending limits across the nation. He has authored the model tax and spending limit legislation for the American Legislative Exchange Council and has worked with legislators in more than a dozen states in designing their legislation. Dr. Poulson has served as a Commissioner with the Colorado Commission on Taxation and as vice chair of the State Treasurers Advisory Group on Constitutional Amendments.
