Show Me the Spending
ShowMeTheSpending.org, a new website from Americans for Prosperity, Americans for Tax Reform, Citizens Against Government Waste, and National Taxpayers Union, is pushing for a transparency in spending at the state levels.
The coalition is pushing model legislation in each state to create a database of all state grants and contracts, similar to the federal legislation passed last year, to provide public access in a single place.
