Michael W. Gleba is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Commonwealth Foundation for Public Policy Alternatives.  Michael is President of the Sarah Scaife Foundation in Pittsburgh.  He lives in Edgewood Borough with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children.

Matthew J. Brouillette is President & CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of the Commonwealth Foundation for Public Policy Alternatives.  He lives in Hershey with his wife, DanaRae, and their four children.

Jane Leader Janeczek is Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Commonwealth Foundation for Public Policy Alternatives.  Jane is an executive with Country Meadows Retirement Communities, a company started by her father, Gov. George M. Leader, and her late mother, Mary Jane, in Hershey.  She lives outside Hershey with her husband, Ted.

David E. Barensfeld is Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of the Commonwealth Foundation for Public Policy Alternatives.  David is President & CEO of Ellwood Group, Inc. in Ellwood City.  He lives in Beaver County with his wife, Wendy.

T. William Boxx is a member and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Commonwealth Foundation for Public Policy Alternatives.  Bill is Chairman & CEO of the Philip M. McKenna Foundation in Latrobe.  He lives in Latrobe.

W. Kirk Liddell is a member of the Board of Directors of the Commonwealth Foundation for Public Policy Alternatives.  Kirk is President & CEO of the Irex Corporation in Lancaster and a past chairman of the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry’s ChamberPAC.  He lives in southern Lancaster County with his wife, Pam.

Thomas J. Smith is a member of the Board of Directors of the Commonwealth Foundation for Public Policy Alternatives.  Tom has built a number of businesses in Indiana and Armstrong Counties, some of which he still owns, in addition to farming his family’s 400 acres.  Tom and his wife, Saundy, live in Plumcreek Township, Armstrong County.
