Pat Flannery
Senior Fellow
Pat Flannery is a Senior Fellow with the Commonwealth Foundation.
Pat’s experience includes working in manufacturing, coaching basketball at numerous colleges and universities, giving motivational speeches for many business and athletic events throughout our country, and most recently serving as senior development officer for his alma mater, Bucknell University.
After growing up in Pennsylvania’s Schuylkill County, Pat studied economics and political science at Bucknell, where he later earned his master’s in education. He is delighted—that now, in this his fourth career, he engages hands-on with each of those topics at the Commonwealth Foundation, whose mission and work he finds inspiring.
Outside of work, Pat is the founder of Camp Hoops, a clinic for youth in central Pennsylvania, and has served on the board of directors for the Donald Heiter Community Center and other organizations. He has been inducted into the Pennsylvania Hall of Fame, Bucknell University Hall of Fame, Lebanon Valley College Hall of Fame, and the Allen-Rogowicz Hall of Fame.
Pat and his wife, Patti, live in Annville, Pennsylvania.
