Too often the private sector economy is suffocated by government growth to the extent that federal and state finances threaten economic opportunity for all. We talk with Evan about the challenges facing entrepreneurs, why private business and entrepreneurialism is so vital, and why he switched from the public to the private sector (hint: it wasn't just so he could wear jeans to work).
