Business Owners: Economy and elected officials are bad, drilling and nuclear power needed
The Lincoln Institute has release their Fall 2008 Keystone Business Climate Survey covering a range of business and political issues.

- Almost 90% of respondents, mostly business owners, support offshore drilling.
- Elected officials, along with Congress and the Pennsylvania General Assembly, got mostly negative review.
- Most also thought the recent financial bailout was an unnecessary government intrusion.
