Senator Folmer Unveils “Healthy Pennsylvania”
State Senator Mike Folmer has unveiled his Healthy Pennsylvania proposal – a series of health care reforms, that would promote competition and reduce costs of health insurance and health care, while empowering the private sector. This is presented in contrast to Governor Rendell’s proposed expansion of government programs, regulations, and mandates.
I expect Gov. Rendell to sign on to all of these proposals, given that he want to follow the Bible’s advice to heal the sick.
