Ken Blackwell compares those pushing SCHIP expansion to the Mad Hatter of Alice in Wonderland.

I, however, think their push to claim anyone who opposes higher taxes on the poor to buy government insurance for higher income children – and even adults in many cases – “hates kids” rings more like the Queen of Heart “Off with their heads!” mentality.
