More on SCHIP
After noting yesterday that Governor Rendell demanded more federal SCHIP money to fund his “Cover All Kids” initiative, I saw this recent Heritage Foundation WebMemo summarizing research that the SCHIP program crowds out private insurance (we noted the CBO study when it came out last month).
If only someone had warned state lawmakers before they voted for this plan.
Oh wait, I did.
