RomneyCare falls down slippery slope

New York Times reports on the how RomneyCare (as Massachusetts’ universal health care plan is known) continues to be worse than advertised. The board of the “Connector” which was designed to expand options for health insurance, has decided that all insurance plans must include prescription drug coverage, and have a maximum deductible of $2,000 (essentially removing the option of catastropic health insurance combined with a Health Savings Account or self-insuring).

Michael Tanner of the Cato Institute adds “I told you so.”
