Ten Tips to Balance the Budget

Here's an 11th tip:

Halve the number of members of the house and senate, and consider them part-time employees.

The tips are laudable; however, Harrisburg must be willing to listen and then act upon them. I'd like to hear candidates put forth these tips. That's what I'm looking for in any candidate when I vote next.
