Rendell's $52 Billion Pension "Reform"

jones posted on 9/9/2010 7:47:00 AM
What kind of bull is this. The psers fund is broke. The last time I worked for a company that went broke my pension was turned over to the US Gov minus medical benefits. State workers don't make anything and are not anywhere near what a business type working, making things, except taking money from taxpayers. You can write all the letters you want or give your opinion but you can't change the puss bag of state workers involved in psers and sers from raping the public. Start by being honest with what teachers can retire with and what they can withdraw on retirement from all their contributions. Until then , all you are is smoke and mirrors to a mostly illiterate group of homeowners that has to listen or read your garbage.

I agree that HB 2497 is a disaster for the taxpayer. It's only purpose is to ensure legislators re-election this November by blowing this smoke screen of we're going to save you from these huge property tax increases over the next 3 years. We need to have level headed, articulate people go on a public relations blitz, using all phases of the media, to educate the voters on what a costly sham this is.

May 23

That is why this morning, I attended the release of the recommendations of the Justice Reinvestment Initiative working group. At ...
