Pennsylvania Deficit Watch: February 2010

What specific programs, if any, would you cut? and by how much? No one seems to be addressing this very tough question.

I think the 2011-2012 will be facing three billion to ten billion. What is the government going to do. It does not seem this fiscal disaster is on anyone's radar screen. The Titanic is headed toward the iceberg and no one is screaming a warning.
