No Solutions in Rendell's Budget

Good Summary of budget problems. Pensions for all new public school teachers should also be changed to a 100% defined-contribution plan. And I agree, the EITC school choice scholarship program should be greatly expanded , not reduced as in this year's budget.

Yes, and after we lower the sales tax to 4% with fewer exemptions and actually raise revenue we can then raise the rate back to 6% next year when we still need more money again.
