So, you're saying that Pennsylvania's universities are not perfect and therefore their state support should be reduced...? Just don't be surprised if most Pennsylvanians fall down steps in the following graph in 5, 10, or 20 years!! http://www.bls.gov/emp/ep_chart_001.htm
