First and Second Amendments Lose; LiveFreePA Postponed

Ken Clark posted on 5/10/2010 2:37:00 PM
kaiju - hate speech? Can you serious? You say that I am "making accusations that are based on misinformation", and then you go on to misinform. You wrote that I was not suggesting you print the list but stating it plainly, but my EXACT words were "SO I SUGGEST you go & print the names etc, etc....and the post was deleted so if I didn't challenge you claim, anyone reading this would, most likely believe you. But if you were honest in your discourse, you wouldn't be able to constantly claim to be victimized by the horrible liberals. We both know that the SUGGESTION was was not hate speech....but you need to call it hate speech so you again can wear the crown of victimhood. And as for not wanting to debate the issue any further,.....you have not yet debated the issue. You have made accusations based on misinformation.

Mr Clark, I thank you for your input and standing up for what you believe. However, you are also making a lot of accussations here based on misinformation. I do beg to differ, you were not suggesting that we print out the list of names to shoot at- you stated in plainly. There was no suggestion. In my opinion, sir, that is hate speech.

In your opinion this was ill-conceived. You are entitled to that opinion. You have stated it plainly and clearly. I disagree and that's part of the beauty of America. I would seem clear to me to nobody here will be able to help you see us here any differently than you want to. I should also seem clear to you by now that you aren't going to change our minds.

If anything you have merely drawn more attention to the next event and will ensure a more passionate support of that event.

I see no need to debate this with you any further. Thank you for pointing out the location of the board members. I was using a new browser that didn't allow for scrolling on the home page.

Please spare me. You are no more interested in ending poverty and racism than I am in joining SarahPAC.

No, there was not going to be Obama bumper stickers, campaign materials, or anyone's name whatsoever on the car.

In fact, in addition to bad policy ideas, there were going to be signs for things like "racism" and "poverty" - I guess we must all be terrible people for shooting a Gatling gun at a sign on a car that says "racism".

But wasn't there supposed to be Obama bumber stickers and campaign related literature on and in the vehicle....how is that different? And we both know that I wasn't suggesting that you or your reader "kaiju" actually shoot at the list of names. It was simply to point out that your event was just horribly ill-concieved and counter productive from day one. Addditionally, not one of the e-mials you forwarded to me was in any way "hateful". The one anonymous e-mail from Austria was disturbing, no doubt, but to say that it come from a liberal or progressive is just sad and desperate.

Ken,

You comment was deleted for suggesting we put together a list of names to shoot at.

Ken Clark posted on 5/10/2010 12:52:00 PM
I guess there is no first ammendment here either......and it's the liberals want to end free speech?!?! Let me guess - it was those horrible liberals who hacked into your website and deleted my comment challenging you & your followers. Why would you delete my comment? There was no profanity, no lies, no name calling....A little too close to the bone for you? Free speech for thee but not for me? tsk, tsk, tsk. Shame.

Ken Clark posted on 5/10/2010 12:17:00 PM
Wow - of course it was those terrible left-wingers who are responsible! Get real. I would challenge you to produce what you call "hate mail" as well. You can't just call opposition to your event "hate-mail". I not only commented against the event, but I also read other comments, and there was nothing that even remotely qualifies as hateful. But if you admitted that you wouldn't be able to ply the victim card....would you?

That's the spirit... let's give up the fight and cave to those who oppose us!

We here at CF are proud to be part, along with Gov. George M. Leader, his family, and many others, of a transpartisan coalition favoring "real corrections reform, right now."
