Dan Sanders posted on 1/23/2010 6:30:00 PM
Federal Health Care Reform is not dead but House Bill 2053 passing would put a constitutional challenge stake in it's heart for PA citizens. Additional information on HB 2053 may be found at: http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/billinfo/billinfo.cfm?syear=2009&sind=0&body=H&type=B&BN=2053

Additional info on the press conference/ralley may be found at: http://healthcareforpafamilies.com/

Below is an email I recieved from Representative Matthew Baker:

Health Care Task Force Members,
Please be advised that the House Republican Health Care Task Force and the Republican Caucus will be holding a press conference/rally on Wednesday, January 27th at 10 am in the Capitol rotunda to promote Rep. Baker and Rep. Schroder's legislation which protects citizens' health care rights. We have been working with several grassroots organizations and have generated very much support. We hope that you will be able to attend this exciting press conference and fight against ObamaCare. Please RSVP your attendance to Holly Lubart. If you know of any organizations that would be willing to attend and help promote the press conference, please pass that along as well.

Thanks so much!!
