I know a bit about Census data, and their numbers also conclude that PA is losing residents from domestic migration: http://www.census.gov/popest/states/NST-comp-chg.html, about 40,000 net from 2000 to 2009.
This loss is offset by international migration and natural increase (more births than deaths).

If you know anything about Census data then you know that it is highly unusual for Pennsylvania to lose anyone so this is extremely ominous for PA and makes my very concerend.
