Murtha was listed as one of the top 20 most corrupt politicians and if Specter is such a great politician he would say that PA has more important epxenses (like our roads) and to dedicate a road in his honor.

SO ED! Here is a crazy idea. CANCEL the Specter library, the Murtha building and the 4 hotels. Use the $70 million to fix the bridges.
