Yes, P3 enabling legislation for new projects has broad bipartisan support (and, so far as I know, little opposition) - but its curious that it hasn't been enacted, as there's been legislation in both the House and Senate for three years.

Of course what you don't mention is that several of the ideas you list were favorably discussed at the policy committee meeting. Bielher said we can't get PPP fast enough.

They don't need the three billion dollars for roads. They need the three billion dollars to pay off the Wall Street banks and bond lawyers for all that "swapping" they engaged in.
