NB. You are too kind. He wants more programs like the kind that produced huge expenditures but none of the promised jobs as documented by you and the Auditor General. Onorato is also the manager of the biggest public works investment in Allegheny County ... the one mile tunnel to nowhere. This no bid monstrosity is overbudget and late. It has consumed some six hundred million in taxpayer money in order to serve a couple hundred people a day. This is the kind of "investment" that bankrupted America.
