I just heard Evans speaking about this on abc27 news. Purely speculation on my part but it would not surprise me in the least that if you were to ask Mr. Evans what the 10th Amendment is about he could not tell you. Second guess is that he doesn't know what the scope of the Attorney General's job is.

While I have no doubt that Tom Corbett makes some political calculations from time to time, this one is a no brainer. This Congress and administration are out of control and will grab for any rights of the states or the people that they can get their hands on. Any AG that doesn't review Federal legislation to ensure it doesn't overstep the 10th Amendment isn't doing their job.
