Bob, thanks for the comment. That's certainly where CF believes we need to go ultimately, and we've done some great research on the subject. Charles Zogby, Gov. Corbett's budget secretary, has also said he agrees.

These institutions need more than a wake-up call from Corbett. For the sake of education and students they need to be exposed to market forces. State money should be going to the student and not directly to these institutions.
