Corbett on Death Tax and Farmers

So Mr. Corbett is proposing eliminating a major source of state revenue while at the same time balancing a budget without revenue enhancements? I'd like to see this. Even Sen. Pilleggi has expressed doubt about Mr. Corbett's ability to do this.
