About 25% of Highway Fund Doesn't go to Highways

Of course the sweet, sweet irony is that event if we did what Poole suggests, we would still be $49-$79 billion short per year for "productive highway investment."

So, I guess we need to raise that gas tax anyway...

And thank the stars for that 25%! Just imagine how ugly the American landscape would be if we had 25% more highways.
