At eight locations across the state, CF senior fellow Rick Dreyfuss informed audiences comprised of taxpayers, school board officials, and city council members of the impending fiscal crisis. Pennsylvania taxpayers will be asked to foot the bill of a seven-fold increase in public school and state employee pension payments by 2012-2013. Rick recommended policy solutions to the issue that reflect sound fiscal responsibility.
